Need BA skills plus implementation experience with at least one CRM: Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel.
· 7-10 Years in Business Analysis experience.
· Experience working on a CRM implementation at an enterprise level –Required
o MS Dynamics 365 knowledge ---Strong Plus
o Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation (PSA) modules Knowledge ---Required
· Insurance industry knowledge –Highly desired
· Functional certification on MSD ---Nice to have
· Experience on Agile projects, including User Stories.
· Strong communication and customer facing skills
· Excellent writing and grammar skills
· Microsoft Office
· Experience with SQL preferred, but not required unless otherwise noted below.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, technology or related field, or significant work experience
