Job Title:

MS CRM Tech Lead

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Microsoft development technical experience in .NET, C# and/or VB.NET, XML, web services and WebAPI

• 8 years of significant practical and technical experience in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/xRM 2011/2013/365 (both online and on-premise)

• Should have implemented minimum 5 CRM implementations end to end.

• In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, XRM Framework, the entity model, security model, Web services and WebApi

• Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.

• Experience in Web App development using ASP.NET/MVC

• Experience using MS Dynamics CRM SDK for the application development and creating custom workflow activities, plug-ins and advanced client-side scripting

• Working knowledge of third-party Extraction, Transformation and Loading tools (SSIS) using KingswaySoft.

• Hands on experience in Azure Cloud computing – AppService, Functions, Enterprise Service Bus, Webhooks and MS Flow/LogicApps

• Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other line of business applications using connectors, webapis, etc

• Experience in PowerApps

• Experience in developing sql queries and stored procedures using Transact SQL in SQL Server

• Experience with production support and troubleshooting, resolution of issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.

• Advanced critical thinking, problem solving skills, ability to coordinate with multiple teams and excellent oral and written communication skills

• Possess strong leadership skills to motivate team members and know how to efficiently make important decisions and experience in onshore/offshore working model

• Should have strong communication skills to oversee personnel and foster collaboration with other organizational departments.

• Should display a high degree of adaptability in order to learn new technologies as needed and successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment

Dynamics 365 Developer

Must Have:

CRM Online Portal Development, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SDK, Master Data Model, Azure Logic Apps)

Required Skills:

• The successful candidate needs to be a hands-on developer and provide technical input and oversight to ensure successful project delivery Dynamics CRM development team.

• Portals development experience is essential.

• Acting in a developer / design authority you will be expected to have an excellent level of knowledge and experience of software design and software development with the Dynamics CRM Online technology stack - including Dynamics 365 Portals. Excellent experience in using CRM SDK.

• Writing specifications and providing technical analysis documents will also be within your remit.

• Applications Development, design and customer stakeholder management

• High Experience of software development using Microsoft .NET, C# and JavaScript, JQuery, Liquid Template, Angular JS.

• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.

• Proficiency in understanding and implementing Microsoft POwer BI and imbedding the same in Dynamics 365.

• Experience of working in Agile project deliveries

• Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescale

• Implementing Dynamics CRM Master Data Model using Azure Logic Apps;

• Excellent design and branding skills;

• Experience in a client-facing role; liaising with clients and participating in requirements gathering and design workshops.
