Dear Parents,

We the MET PTA 2013-14 invite all MET Parents, Students, Staff and Management to join in GREEN MELA 2013 which is coming up with lots of excitement and surprises on 25^th October 2013 from 9 A.M to 2 P.M……..

You all are whole heartedly welcome to put up stalls individually or in groups for the Mela….with various stalls category listed below, with due rules and regulations to be followed. We have various plays , dance and vedios to be displayed by our MRV Children. Parents can set up and décor their stalls on 24^th October 2013, around 3pm onwards.

Following are the charges for MET Parents who are interested in keeping the stall. Stalls will be booked on first come first serve basis. Confirmation via email or call will be considered and on receipt of the payment on the prescribed dates, stall booking will be final.

As the name suggests Green Mela, we are looking forward for all ecofriendly things to be used. No plastic bags, plastic plates etc would be allowed. On any stalls, plastic bags usage is totally prohibited. You all can use paper bags, envelopes for the same.

Money will be collected by following person on only 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th September 2013 in Met Campus between 2.45 pm to 3.30 pm. Money once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.

Stalls itemwise can be repeated, please confirm from the concern person regarding the same, except the food stalls. No food items will be repeated. The Mela is totally FOR THE PARENTS, BY THE PARENTS and OF THE PARENTS. Please do not overprice your items.

Each stall will be given a space of 10*10 sq ft., 2 tables and 2 chairs. Depending on the numbering of stall backdrop, may or may not be available. If necessarily required, please inform the concern CR prior and will be extra charged Rs. 1000/- . Extra table would be charged Rs. 500/-. Extra chair will be Rs. 100/-And no tables, chair etc allowed to be carried from home inside the exhibition. For electric point requirement please confirm prior to the concern person and Rs. 500/- per gadget will be charged.

Stall once booked cannot be interchanged. If found doing so, will attract heavy fine of Rs.5000/-

Putting up your banners and all is allowed. But please don’t make use of salo tapes, fevicol and fevistick which will spoil the backdrop. If found doing so, will be fined heavily.

PTA committee will not be responsible for any loss or theft at your stall. Please take your own responsibility for your belongings. Any violation of the rules will attract heavy fine of Rs. 5000/-

Game Stall:

1. No. of games per stall can be 2-3.

Food Stall:

1. Only food items eatable there n there are allowed. Packed food items would come under shopping category and testers won’t be allowed. Ex. Chocolates etc.

2. Maximum 2 food items are allowed per stall.

3. Please maintain hygiene and cleanliness at your stalls.

4. Serve food in paper plates, donas etc. No plastic usage is allowed.

5. Please clean up the stall before handing it over.

6. Please see the dustbins already placed, are appropriately used.

Let us look forward for a Grand successful Green Mela 2013.

In case of any discrepancies decisions taken by VP, Associate Secretaries will be final.
