Dear Parents,

            Following will be the ground rules that will be applicable for Mr.Jairaj as well as the kids/parents travelling to school by Sai Service,in effect from 1st October 2013.

 1) Any new student entering the school,a parent has to ensure that he/she has duly filled the Bus form,with the fees before the services are given to them.

2) Lists of the kids in a particular bus and the route has to be given to every parent for their reference.

3) Any child that needs to be picked up, before or after his/her bus stop, will be allowed only at the designated child's bus stop and not at a particular signal or anywhere on the road. In no other manner or emergencies, will there be any requests taken from the parent otherwise.

4) If there is any other issue with the bus,Mr.Jairaj needs to be called directly.

5) The bus will reach school at 7.50 am everyday,without any rash driving or breaking of any signals.

6) Mr. Jairaj will make sure that there is one seat per child.

7) No child will be specifically be dropped at their gate,unless it is on the bus route.

8) A combined group of a minimum of 3 kids will be picked up from one bus stop. For this,it may be necessary that the child may need to walk about a 100 yards from his/her building. This is to reduce the number of stops and make it faster to reach the final destination.

9) A parent can choose to cross the road and pick up the child everyday to save his/her time. This needs to be informed when Mr. Jairaj is dedicating the routes and the stops on the routes.

10) No Door to Door Service will be entertained,no matter how young the child is.

11) Parents or Guardians need to be there on the bus stop at least 5 mins before time, to avoid delay of the other kids reaching home/school.

12) No MUSIC in the bus or Mobile Phones will be entertained. Parents,kindly refrain from requesting the driver to do so.

13) A Very Professional Behavior will be Maintained with the kids and parents by the care takers and drivers.

14) Misbehavior of any child/driver/care taker may call in for cancelling his/her bus service as a penalty.

14) The bus will not wait for any child in the morning or evening. In case,the child misses the bus,parents are requested to make their own arrangements. The drivers should not be blamed for the same.

15) There will be a RULE BOOK the will have all the rules that need to be followed and will rise in Penalty if not adhered by any Parent/Child/Driver.
