Subject: Anandvan Pass Distribution

Dear Parents,

The teachers and the children are sweating it out….. it’s that time of the year again where we the parents are in for a grand surprise at Anandvan by little children. So come and grab your seats to be enthralled by our little wonders and to applaud the efforts they have put in.

To make the pass distribution process easier and smooth, to avoid 5 am starts, serpentine queues and precious hours spent to collect Anandvan passes we are sending complementary passes via handbook, as with the consent of Principal Mam Mrs. Kavita Sanghvi, on Tuesday i.e 28.01.2014 and all extra paid passes via lucky draw system which is scheduled to start at 8.00 am to 09.30 am on Wednesday i.e. 29.01.2014.

The parent or proxy with ID card and Authority letter needs to pick up any envelope with pass from the box with jumbled envelopes.

Student List for Verification, ID Card verification, Authority Letter Verification, Sibling Verification and Money collection will be done in queue before you reach the counter to save time.

1. Complementary passes are chosen by your respective class CRs from jumbled envelopes for the whole class on random basis. It is to save time of the parents.

2. Gates will open only at 08.00 am. Since it’s a lucky draw, early morning queues are meaningless and 5 am lists will not be entertained.

3. Extra passes and sibling pass are available at Rs. 250/- each.

4. Seats once chosen cannot be changed.

5. Auditorium entry without showing pass will strictly not be permitted. Therefore, kindly carry your passes on Anandvan day.

6. Parents must carry child's ID card to collect prior booked sibling pass or any other extra pass if needed.

7. You can send a proxy to collect your passes with ID card and Authority Letter. Since it's a lucky draw, parents or proxy can pick passes for multiple students at the same time. Passes will only be given with presentation of ID card and Authority letter. But such person will have to queue up again for every authority letter he is carrying.

8. Parents can purchase extra pass for Non Rishikul/ Rishikul sibling next to their complimentary passes as already confirmed by you all, to your respective class CRs, from a separate desk directly. For such parents who already had booked prior, complementary passes will come home in handbook on Tuesday but will have to necessary come to school to collect sibling pass (paid) next to them on Wednesday.

9. Any parent who had failed to confirm the sibling pass will have to take any pass from the box on Wednesday on random basis.

10. Each parent will be given extra 2 passes as per their requirement, on first come first serve basis only as we have limited no. of passes.
