MRV Development Framework - Preview II (+Videos)

Hi Everyone,

MRV hit a major milestone recently which makes it easier to install and
to use as a developer. The documentation has been overhauled to be less
'frightening', and last but not least, there are plenty of video
resources showing you how to install and use it.
