Two things,

1. Don't forget that we are going out for lunch tomorrow at 11.
2. We still have to write the conference paper, it's 2 pages max, I'm thinking that it probably makes sense for 1 person to write it but maybe the 3 of us want to create the outline to work from together?

I just saw this… sorry for the delayed response.

Does this need to be printed and hand delivered? If so that might be tough for me. I am going home on Monday. I can help with it though.

I don't think it needs to be printed. If it does I can do that. Have you submitted log book documentation, I think it's the only part that needs to be hand delivered.

So looking at the examples that were posted I think that we need an abstract, introduction, problem statement, brief description of our process, results of studies, future goals, conclusion, and references. We only get 2 pages so not a lot of space and it's due in a couple days so not a lot of time. Any ideas on how to tackle this one? Is it possible to take the sections we wrote for the report and each shirnk them down or should one of us write it?

I was actually going to suggest just that. I think my parts would correspond to description of our process and results of studies.

Since we only have 2 pages, do we still follow the style guide accurately or can we make it single spaced?

Okay so I think we can all shrink/write mini paragraphs to make life easier. I am assuming the following will be the breakdown:

Abstract - Rachel
Intro - Rachel
Problem Statement - Mihika
Brief Description - Mihika
Process - Suhaila
Results - Suhaila
Future Goals - Mihika
Conclusion - Mihika

Rachel could you put it together and submit then?

There's a format for conference papers posted. I think it's single spaced.  Yes I can format it and submit, mihika you look like you ate writing a lot, do you need help? I'm not at a computer and won't be for a bit can we get things in the dropbox for tomorrow morning?

I've put my part into the dropbox in a folder called Conference Paper.

Rachel, I think it would be best if you did the conclusion as you will be putting together the full paper. If you are unable to do it let me know and I can do it after you put it together.

I think I am just waiting for the results section. Then I will pull together a conclusion and submit around 10 pm tonight. Will that work for everyone?
