Dear Students:

It seems it is necessary for me to email you all about two issues are being asked of me by more than a few of you:

1) As I explained in class, my two suggestions for creating sourcecards/notecards are Easybib and Noodletools; however, you were also given the option of using whatever online sourcecard/notecard generator of your choice.
*** I never mentioned Luminotes in class because I knew it was shutting down; you should only read the pdf file titled Review of Research process up to the part where explains EasyBib. Do not read about or attempt to use Luminotes

2) Word of Advice: when sending anything to a teacher, always make sure you "CC" yourself. What does that mean? It means sending a (carbon) copy to yourself to prove that it was sent AND delivered. Even though you can always check your SENT folder, it's doubly assuring to receive a copy yourself guaranteeing its delivery.

3) If you did decide to use Easybib, did you set up an account with EasyBib? The website will not save your sources unless you first set up an account. Before you quickly X out of that window, why don't you save a copy onto your computer? And when you send me the link, check to see if it works. Sign out of the account, and then click on the link you emailed me. Does it work???

Hope I've answered some of your future questions or problems...

Mr. Perez
