mrjob v0.7.1 has been release.

* v0.7.1 fixes the bug to set default value of VisibleToAllUsers to True.

Visibility to all users could be set to False by providing ---extra-cluster-param flag.

* Another bug fix uses content of the archives during bootstrapping making sure the clusters have the same set-up.
