We offer careers in Software Development /Software Testing/Content Writing/Technical Writing. We take freshers for training under two different categories.
- B Tech(CS/IT/EC)/MCA freshers as “Project Trainees” with no % criteria & 2 backlogs allowed
Key Skills:
· .Net, SQL Server 2005 of higher (for software developers/software testers)
· Familiarity with HTML, XML & Web technologies will be an added advantage.
· Candidate should possess good communication skills.
· Candidate must have good interpersonal skills.
· Able to work concurrently on multiple projects under pressure with minimal direction will be an added advantage
Recruitment Process
· We conduct online tests using your computer lab at your campus.
· List of shortlisted candidates will be mailed to you next day.
· Shortlisted candidates will need to come to our office in NOIDA for attending technical/HR interviews.
· Our recruitment online tests include tests for IQ, English, Technical aptitude and personality.
· Total duration of the test would be around 100 minutes without any break.
· Only those Candidates who are clearing the initial IQ test, will be allowed to attend the remaining sessions.
System Requirements for conducting Online Test.
· If you have reliable and fast Internet (dedicated 1:1 leased line ) connectivity in your lab, we would like to use our internet based Online Testing System. I request you to check with your system administrator and confirm the Internet speed, connectivity and reliability for long duration upto 2 hours without any break.
· Further all systems should be installed with Windows XP or above OS, and Internet explorer 7 or above.
· All systems should have pop up blocker disabled.
· Fast processing speed.
Stipend
We offer Rs.10,200-00 stipend to Project Trainees who have acquired B.Tech/BE qualifications. In the course of training and based on the skills and certification attained by the individual, upto INR 6,000/- per month may be increased in the salary.
I shall share the URL and the temporary log-ins a day before the placement drive.
As mentioned in my mail, the package is reproduced herewith.

This additional INR 6,000-00 p.m can be achieved by the individuals within the first few months (3-6) of joining, and in that case it is well within the range specified by you.
