documentation on how to implement mriqc-learn

Hello, 

I have successfully ran my subjects through the participant and group stages of the mriqc pipeline using singularity, but saw online that the classifier "mriqc_clf" has been discontinued and that mriqc-learn is referenced instead. Although I find the code on github I am not sure how to actually implement mriqc-learn. Is there any documentation somewhere, and would I for instance need to build a separate singularity image?  

More generally am I correct in understanding that one should not use mriqc_clf but instead move to separate mriqc-learn code for a binary classification based on IQMs?
