Coding for IAB Test Suite

Thanks to Sean, Samuel, and Frank for volunteering to help.

I've added you all as committers to the MRAID Google Code project. You should be able to download and post to the SVN there. Just in case, the project is at https://code.google.com/p/mraid-web-tester/.

I've also added the five ads as issues to the project. They are the starred issues 6-10 and start with the title, "Display of IAB ad...".

Since it's just a few of us, can we meet in the next day or so to discuss the goal, scope and hopeful timelines of this update? I'm in NY, so would recommend a 12:00noon meeting Eastern time. Let me know if Wednesday 10/9, Thursday 10/10 or Friday 10/11 works best for you and we'll meet to kick this off. 

(Also, anyone else who would like to be part of this focused code-a-thon, please let me know.)

Hello everyone,

We have a few code updates for the IAB Test Suite ads. These look like they will verify today and I'll be promoting them to the main site tomorrow.

* Defect 6, Display of IAB ad, Simple Resize

* Defect 9, Display of IAB ad, Resize with Errors

* Defect 14, MRAID object not available fast enough
