R package help! ao <- available_outcomes() returns error in gzfile(file, mode) : cannot open the connection

Hi guys, 

I was getting along swimmingly with the R package last week but now it's returning the following error when I run the line ao <- available.outcomes() 

Error in gzfile(file, mode) : cannot open the connection

In addition: Warning message:

In gzfile(file, mode) :

  cannot open compressed file '.httr-oauth', probable reason 'Permission denied'

Any ideas??
