Android's MqttClients & their MqttServer which Disconnect all the time

Hello everybody .
I'm new here , i have read a little the differant post but not found what i need.
I'm working about a Server for an Android application for make a new maintenance tool. I use Mosquitto with Delphy XE2 for my Server Application and use Java for Android's Client.

I'm using to the Dale Lane work but I have work and change lot's of thing on for be better for my use...
I have a thing which work when i have one phone but if i connect an other phone on my Server, it just disconnect the phone after a little time and the phone can be reconnect only if i shut down and re-start the Server.

My cloud is good and not cut so it's my Server or my Client but My Server don't accept other connect after the first disconnect...
I close the Socket of my client for try (it's ok for one but not after tow phone)...
I don't really know how i can make , i really need my phone be all the time connect or be disconnect a little time ...
