1) What us the full name of MQTT: Message Queuing Telemetry Transport or Message Queue Telemetry Transport? I have seen both.

2) What do "W" letter and "IA" stand for in the name of client WMQTT IA92? http://mqtt.org/wiki/doku.php/ia92

Websphere MQTT (a term no longer really used)
the IA92 is just a number assigned by IBM to their SupportPacs - there is no specific meaning, it's just a label.
