Account Number License (and other methods): Use EA without protection

Hello,

i´m currently trying the MQLLOck functionalities.
Testproject is the default MAcross shipped with most brokers.

Project creation and download worked smooth and fine.
Method was remote control (account number)

After installing the ea to /experts and the .dll to /libraries i restarted MT4.

Before restart i input thze MT4 account number to control panel.
By restart of MT4 the ea was loaded.. no window, no error.. everything as normal

As i don´t see any hint the ea would not work i wonder if the prtection to account number slipped somehow?
I then tried other methods.. password -> same result
Tried put project on hold -> still all ok
Even the update message and link does not appear on restarting MT4


And, yes i´m sure of using correct files.

Any ideas on that?

Which interval the server checks this/ or pushes the hold/update notification?
