The venue for the meeting is

           Hotel Mahi Residence, Sujata Cinema Compound, RANCHI, (JHARKHAND)

 

There would be arrangements for stay and food and everyone is expected to pay for their own travel. Shramajivi Mahila Samity, Jamshedpur and PRADAN together are hosting this event. The contact person is Purabi and you are requested to share the name and details of participants along with travel plan who would participate as soon as possible.  The states of the Eastern Region are:  Eastern Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal. 

 

We hope that you would reach the meeting venue by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29^th and finish with the meeting agenda by about 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday 30^th - request to plan your travel accordingly. 

 

We anticipate a gathering of about 50 people – those in the Eastern Region who have been associated with MAKAAM since Nagpur or Bhopal, and some others – women';s rights activists and women farmers from our states.  It is also a chance to expand our base and include new friends in the Region. 

 

We will share the proposed agenda list in a few days. Looking forward to meet all of you in Ranchi.
