So I just did some research... and apparently there is no direct sensor onboard the wheel, but rather the car uses ABS sensors to monitor rotation speed of each tire. As a tire deflates it becomes smaller in circumference. The tire pressure monitor senses this change and alerts the driver.
Were any of the tires deflated before you filled them up??
If not.. there may be a slight difference in the overall tires diameter that may be affecting the sensor read. I'll do some more research and see.

Can you do me a favor and check the tire sizes and brand that we installed on the vehicle?
I'll compare them to the original size and check to see if there is a variance.
I can't do the search here at work, through my notes on your build.

POTENZA SPECS:
Stock Size: 225 40 19 Overall Diameter: 26.1"
255 35 19 26.1"
Our Sizes: 245 45 19 27.7"
255 30 19 25.1"
I think we should fix this!.. if we adjust the tire sizes to be closer to stock it'll not only get rid of this current TPMS issue...
but it looks like we'll adjust the appearance of the rear tires to look "bigger" and help our overall dynamics.
Maybe that's why you noticed this problem way back when??? Cuz you were right! Good eye doctor! I think we shouldn't trust other people to make
decisions for us!?!?
I'm sure you're gonna ask.. can we sell the old tires...??? Yes we can.. but we'll lose some money on it... I think we can get about $100 a tire.

245/35R19 Front tire diameter 25.9 - should be 26.1" less than 1% off design
It looks like - if anything - the rears are where the problem is.
Maybe after we burn these up.. .we'll replace the rears with a slightly larger size - 275/35 R19. That should remedy what we're seeing.
