Terus kepada point memandangkan semua ada komitmen akademik masing-masing. Simply put your department's progresses with expected dateline as follow:

PRESIDENT

1. Currently touching up the paperwork for BERMADAR (60% completed). BERMADAR Fb group already created and have asked Afif to propose few logo and header photo for the group. Will discuss properly with Afif tomorrow InsyaAllah. Later will follow up with other campus to keep up to date with the group and invite their students.

2. Following up with Tabung Haji issue raised by students. So far the thing is clear and management need to clarify the subject.

proposal 50%. part research model and survey masih dlm progress.need to consult lecturer also.so that can produce good model yg boleh sustain. in syaa Allah akan ade appointment dgn pegawai SKM rabu ni.

then baru boleh proceed dgn approval.

planner Disember(approval)==> januari (recruit ahli koperasi)==> februari Annual Grand Meeting

kami dlm progress utk approach personally certain party or individu utk join unofficial Board Of Directors. setakat ni baru ade 6 calon. kalau sahabat2 MPP lain berminat atau ade sahabat2 yg korg rase berkebolehan or berminat. mintak send nama. tak kesah foundation or internship.

Dah meeting dgn SU2 department and currently tgh tunggu documents dari SU2 Department. 

Untuk program Together We Excel,

Sadly to say, hari tu terpaksa batal, sebab peserta yang patut datang n reply datang x datang.

(we invite 160++ under probation students of all batches except foundation dan final year and also RE; tapi yang datang hanyalah seramai 4 orang) 

Jadi kami terpaksa melakukan kegiatan lain untuk mensettlekan makanan2 yang banyak. 

Program ni akan dibincangkan lagi dgn tn haji jalil, mungkin akan diteruskan lagi, but a different approach utk peserta.

Akan buat postmortem and discuss more on how to attract targetted group datang.
