Assalammualaikum/Hi
updates/progress of dinner
1.Proposal - in progress, Tn Hj is a bit bz with MAS
2.Kinta Riverfront Hotel
-already went there
-done with booking
-the package prices "RM40" is fix as it includes the hall rent, buffet dinner, PA systems with mics, backdrop, white screen
-vip table - 10 pax - VC, DVC, Mr Talhah, Tn Hj Jalil, etc
-another 70 pax - 7 tables
3.Payment - 50% approximately equal to RM1600
4.Backdrop - tolong bg suggestion on what to write on it? MPPUTP Grand Dinner 2012?
5.Any idea on how to design or add decorations in the hall? or it should be as simple as possible?
6.ATTENTION - to all EXCO, please confirm your RE attendances ASAP as it is importance in order to finalize the final payment
7.any ideas on how the performance should be?
