Hi Mike, I recently removed some old devices and selected "Forget".

When I'm away from my home network, I use the remote script on my IOS device to access the web page listing the devices.  After forgetting those devices, I noticed those devices did not get removed from the output of the script.  So I deleted the file from my google drive.  AoD created a new file a few seconds later.

However, now when I access the web page, I get the message "No AM Server locations found in your account".  I'm logged into the same account holding the AoD file.

Any ideas?

I’d suspect an account difference – the account being used by AoD is different than the one used on your iOS device.  Perhaps you shared the files with the other account at some point?  You could try looking at google drive to confirm that the location files are there or try a web browser from your AoD device.  Also, check the AoD status to confirm there aren’t any errors.

For next time, the easiest way to clean out devices is to restart AoD, that way it only replaces the contents.

That was the issue Mike.  I was opening a new tab, changing the account to match AoD account, and then hitting the bookmark for the web page.  Once I signed out of the non AoD account, everything worked.  Thanks again.
