Dear partners,
May I just inquire if the dates for the Learning Review have been finalized? Or will this be discussed during your meeting tomorrow?
I hope the partners assigned for the Learning Review can already submit (1) Activity Plan and (2) Budget Outline so we can already request the funds ahead of time.

Dear Jay,
Based on the communications coming from Pakigdait (host of this Friday's meeting w/ LAFCCOD) dated 20 Feb, details of the Learning Review (including dates and venue) is proposed to be the 2nd agenda in tomorrow's meeting.
FYI, AFRIM would not be able to attend the meeting tomorrow. But, rest assured we will support whatever plans you may have come up for the common good.
It is also mentioned in the communication that there will be an election of convenors during the meeting. As far as I can remember, it has been agreed during the Samal meeting that convenorship should be rotated to/with other orgs, so for the Davao area, TRICOM will be replacing AFRIM to represent our area, tapos na man ang AFRIM, sila na pud.

Dear Jay,
The same also with TRICOM we can not join the meeting tomorrow. As earlier discussed with Hazel, TRICOM can now take place AFRIM as member of the conveners.
