Interview Process:  

HCL is selecting the candidates who are good  in English communication, since the candidates need to interact with their UK clients.

HCL will be conducting two rounds of Interview to check your English Communication.

1st Round: Screening. You have to present any topic of your choice . If your presentation is good, then they will select you to the 2nd round. Kindly prepare the topic and practice well.

2nd Round: Direct or Telephonic Round.  HCL higher officials will be checking your grammar knowledge directly or  through telephonic round.  If you clear the 2^nd round , the HCL HR will be providing you the offer letter on the same day.
