Release management

Hi all,

I have just set up a github organization for mpmath and migrated the main repository there: https://github.com/mpmath/mpmath

If you are an existing mpmath or SymPy developer and you are interested in having write access to help merge PRs etc., let me know.

On that note, I'm looking for someone to volunteer as release manager.

In past I did some pr's for the mpmath, so you could count on me if you trust my work.

Unfortunately, no one from the SymPy side seems to be interested.

Ditto here.  Perhaps, some release automation recipes from the diofant could be used here.
