Very Urgent and Important_regarding PGDMLM and DIEM forms

Dear All

The links for PGDMLM are active. Make sure you fill the forms and submit it to me till 11 am tomorrow since the forms needs to be submitted in office till 12 pm tomorrow itself due to consecutive holidays in this week. No forms submitted after the given time will be expected.

If you have any DIEM backlog make sure you submit those forms to me tomorrow at 11 am.

Make sure:

1. The forms should be printed back-to-back

2. Attach xerox of previous semester marksheet to it.

3. Backlog fees (if any) should be submitted. Bring change

4. Submit one passport size photograph with name written on the back of it.

5. Make sure you fill the PRN number for MLM course only. Also if any mistakes in forms are made, then these will not be corrected. Therefore be careful while filling the forms.

Dear All

It seems that you are not able to fill the forms since the server is down. You can submit the forms till 3.30 pm today. If you are not able to find your eligibility number then put NA in front of the eligibility number in case of MLM forms. 

In case of DIEM backlog forms, if you need the eligibility number then give a call to me. DIEM eligibility numbers are available with me.

The backlog fees for both the courses is Rs. 230/subject
