Urgent and Important_Regarding MMM and MPM marksheets

Dear All

 

This is to inform you that you all are suppose to gather in MMM classroom tomorrow (1st February), at 1.15 pm sharp. MMM and MPM marksheets will be distributed at that time. 

In case you are interested in filling the revaluation forms, you will have to submit the forms to me along with the xerox copy of your marksheet till Saturday, 2nd February, 2013, upto 11 pm. 

MMM Students of 2010-12 batch, who had appeared for the October examination need to collect their marksheets tomorrow itself till 2 pm. If you are not able to come personally then ask your friends to collect it on  your behalf. Also if you are interested in filling the revaluation forms then you have to submit these to me  till Saturday, 2nd February, 2013, upto 11 pm.

Dear All

Attached is the revaluation form if you are interested in filling the same.  

Take a back to back print out of the form, fill it and submit the same to me tomorrow till 11 am along with the prescribed fees. Also you are supposed to attach a xerox of your marksheet along with your form. 

Make sure you bring change while filling the fees.

The revaluation fee structure is as follows:

a. Rs. 30- Form fee

b. Rs. 405*no of subjects.

Note: MMM Students of 2010-12 batch, who had appeared for the October examination should collect their marksheets from Pallavi Maam. If you want to submit the revaluation forms then make sure that you submit these to me by 11 am tomorrow. For tomorrow, Pallavi Maam will be giving you the MMM marksheets only if you approach her between 10 am to 11 am.
