Getting a birth certificate online for free is not currently possible. You can apply for a birth certificate replacement by completing an online application form, but it is necessary to cover an issuance fee to obtain the certificate.

The cost of your birth certificate will be determined by the vital records office where your birth was registered. If you live in a different state than the one where you were born, ordering your certificate online could save you time and hassle. You will need to pay for the cost of the certificate, otherwise your request cannot be processed.

African Methodist Episcopal (AME) minister, activist, and Freemason, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Robert and Hannah Dickson. Little is known of his youth. His Virginia-born parents died before he reached adulthood, though he was able to attend school for a time and learned barbering. He was a child of mixed-race parents: his father was English, and his mother was a free woman of color. Hall journeyed to Boston in 1765 and worked in the leather trade.

Shaw University, a historically black institution in Raleigh, North Carolina, was founded in 1865 by Reverend Henry Tupper under the auspices of the American Baptist Home Mission Society in an effort to educate the freedmen after the Civil War Reverend Tupper was acutely aware that in addition to educating the head heart and hands it was critical to train practitioners ...
