'replist' issue & mplusObject() function (simulation)

Hello, 

I am running into an issue when conducting simulation models related to reading back in the 'replist' file (step2) because 1_t2n500replist.dat must be converted to a data.frame to use with 'mplusObject()' and this creates a 'rownames' column which I believe is creating issues. 

All associated files to reproduce are in the zip file attached.

Any work-arounds to automating this procedure would be greatly appreciated.
