readModels with Imputed Data

Hi,

I am aiming to read in an MPlus outfile for a second-order latent growth model that used imputed data in Mplus (type = IMPUTATION) and when I read in the data .out file use MplusAutomation and the readModels function, I get this error: "No output files detected in this directory." I am guessing this has to do with the fact that this analysis uses an imputed dataset bu am unable to figure out how to get it to work. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there, Andy,

As far as I know, there is no problem with reading outputs from models using multiple imputation. The error you mention suggests a problem identifying .out files in the folder you specified for readModels. If you send the exact R code and example .out files, we may be able to give you more specific feedback.
