Adapting R code for figure from Mplus

Hello,

I am trying to adapt the code from page 23/24 of the document attached for LTA Transition plot to pick out/make the figure for the output probabilities when there is a dichotomous moderator (e.g., sex) and transition probabilities are reported separately for each group in the MPlus output. The code is for an unconstrained model without a moderator. Does anyone know how to edit the code to pull those values and make that transition plot by group?
