Windows Backslash / creating problems with runModels()

Hi all!

I tried finding a similar post, but was unsuccessful. Please excuse me if there has been a similar issue already raised. 

I run into an issue using runModels() with "modifiedDate" on Windows: Due to the outfile path using backwards / instead of forward /, grep() isnt working. 
Is there already a fix to that known?

The error reads in full (German, sorry): 
Fehler in grep(tolower(substr(inpfiles[i], 1, (nchar(inpfiles[i]) - 4))), : ungültiger regulärer Ausdruck '(PATH REMOVED)', Grund 'Invalid back reference' Zusätzlich: Warnmeldung: In grep(tolower(substr(inpfiles[i], 1, (nchar(inpfiles[i]) - 4))), : TRE Fehler 'Invalid back reference' bei der Muster Kompilation
