Trouble with nameserver update

Hi all,

I'm moving a client from Godaddy to SiteGround and did a routine nameserver update to Siteground's servers.  I've done this kind of thing dozens of times.  I've read that it can take 2-3 days, but I've never had it take longer than a few hours.  It's been 72 hours now. I've been checking a global map via whatsmydns.net, and it's loading the correct servers in a few places, but those haven't changed in two days.  It doesn't seem like things are progressing.

Any ideas what's happening and how to fix it? I'm going to contact Godaddy later today to see if it's an issue on their end.

Hi man,

I also some trouble with dns changes,  try to check if the client had implemented a dns routing policy with a 3-rd party provider like Cf or something like that.

Hi Peter.  You say you updated the nameservers, but whatsmydns.net does not check nameservers as far as I can tell.  I usually use https://viewdns.info/dnsreport/ to find nameservers.

So my initial question: Is there an A Record (or similar) that isn't being updated, or are the nameservers not being updated?
