Need Small Plugin Tweak -- PAID!

Hey all, I have a small plugin clean-up job that I need a hand with.
Does anyone out there have 1 hour or so that they can use to take a
look at this for me? (that is what I am guessing it would take an
experienced programmer) I WILL PAY YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

The plugin is all done and finished, I just need a hand with making it
display nicer on the admin side.

The plugin is for controlling the on-air schedule for a radio station.
It creates a custom post type (called "shows"). There is also a custom
taxonomy (called "day") that indicates what day of the week each show
runs. In addition, it uses the advanced custom field plugin to let
the user define the start time and end time of the show.

Currently all shows are spit out in the order they were created. I
need two things to be different: 1) sort by day of week, then by
show start time. 2) have a filter at the top of the page to only
display shows from a given day.

I lost some time waiting for a couple of people who ended up not being
able to help, so unfortunately I now have a short time line for this
-- I meet with the client this thursday so I need it done by
WEDNESDAY. But hopefully this is a quickie for someone that knows
what they're doing. Can you squeeze me in? One hour! I really cannot
do this myself (I tried, and failed).
