Seeking a tutor

Hello.  I am the web manager for the Minnesota Woodworkers Guild (mnwwg.org) and use Wordpress to manage the site, which we developed with the web host that we contracted with in 2020.  I am competent with the basics; however, the new Kadence interface has me struggling.  I would like to hire a member of the Mpls/St. Paul WordPress Users Group to work with me for 3 -4 sessions to master the tasks I routinely do.  Examples include:

Adding/adjusting columns and tabs

Adding/Replacing/Moving images

Working with Galleries

Working with heading sliders

I am not sure what the going rate is but am happy to discuss a fee.  This would be extremely helpful.  Thank you.

Hi Donna.  I would be interested in working with you.  Can you let me know what fee you will charge?  I expect the training to be around 3 sessions, focusing specifically on Kadence.  Have you had a chance to use Kadence as the primary interface?  I can provide a more detailed list of the typical tasks I will need to know but here is a short list:

Columns - creating and adjusting

Image placement and wrapping

Spacing issues (I often struggle with excessive spacing between paragraphs)

Working with and adjusting tabs

Let me know if you'd like to set up some sessions.  And again, just to be clear, the issue is related primarily to the conversion to Kadence, so I need an expert with that.
