Site blocked

Hello,

I just took over a site that was hacked for a long time and was eventually marked as dangerous by Google. I've managed to clear everything up and Google now marks it as safe, but a lot of ISPs are still blocking the site. When I'm on different networks I have made the effort to submit reports to unblock the site. 

Does anyone have any experience with this process? It would be great to be able to speed this up and also to know where to go to be able to delist the site from being blocked.
