Experience with Dynadot

Hi all,

One of my clients has a domain registered through Dynadot and wants me to set up custom email. Has anyone worked with Dynadot at all? I have somewhat of a negative impression of them, but don't entirely know what that's based on. Do you think it would be safe to set up email hosting through them or should I use a third party like Rackspace?
