[MPlayer-users] Makefile missing in DOCS/xml directory

Trying to make the documentation on the Cygwin-32 Platform. But no Makefile
is present after running configure from the root directory. Usually you
could switch to the DOCS/xml directory after running configure and find a
Makefile present to build the documentation. It's not appearing the latest
subversion.

Run the command (e.g. "make doc" or "make html-single") just directly
from the MPlayer source toplevel.
