The Department of Human Resource Management & OB, Central University of Jammu recently organised a national level 2 Day Seminar on “Acquisition, Nurturing and Retention of Talent - A Futuristic Approach”. The seminar attracted very good presentation and research articles from the research scholar and faculty members across the country. In order to share the scholarly contribution of participants, the Department intends to come out with a publication in a book form. I therefore invite your scholarly contributions for our forthcoming book on "Acquisition, Nurturing and Retention of Talent - A Futuristic Approach". The book will be published by Cengage Learning.
