extra gmp-mprarm.h

Hi
On WIndows VS when I build add-test-lib for release 32bit p3 and extra
gmp-mparah.m is created in a directory two levels down
eg I get it in

$ ls
branches mpir-0.9 mpir-1.1 mpirbench-0.1 wintest
gmp-mparam.h mpir-1.0 mpir-1.2 trunk

when I build in trunk/build.vc9

Sometimes I build in a subdirectory which pushes the gmp-mparam.h into trunk

This was an artefact of an obsolete build process - I ahev now taken
it out.

I had forgotten about this - my thanks for picking it up.
