this week it's about building the first software prototype. be aware that you are expected to be able to present a running version of your prototype next week so we can give you some feedback already. your final version will be presented in class on the 5th of february, so i advise you to stick to the schedule!

as usual: if you have trouble running OpenNI or with the skeletal tracking / gesture recognition, please consult the google group!
