I would like to ask for a kinect-camera which is needed to work on the recent assignment in the lecture mobile interaction, because our group is still founded yet and has no camera at this time.

we still have some few cameras left. if you want to borrow one, you can come to the 18th floor and ask for me at the reception desk.

do we have to be in groups of 3-5? or is that just for getting the kinect stuff from you? would a group of 2 be sufficient as well?

i would kindly ask you to avoid too small groups for two reasons: 1) we only have a limited number of cameras and also need a few for our own research/projects and 2) more groups means more correction efforts. so if you are only two people in your group and unassigned students are asking for a group, please be kind enough to welcome them in your group.

also the groups for the project will also be a bit larger than two. if you can form a larger group already, you may just keep the same group for the project. for the project phase, the non-programming students will be assigned to groups with programmers. unlike for the programming assignments, most of the work will be design and concepts in the project phase.

Can we use any video material we find on the internet or do we have to make it ourselfs?

you will find video material in the internet for most of the projects. to use material from the web to compile your video is totally fine. if you record you own videos of installations in berlin: even better! :)

Hi,
just wanted to inform you that (once again?) the message delivery is not working as it's supposed to be:

"Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)

Technical details of temporary failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 451 451 Spamcheck overload (mailfrontend-2) - please try later again (state 17)."

That's kinda weird, and I'm not sure if the message will keep the old timestamp - as I've sent it before the deadline. Any ideas how to handle this?

Thanks.

Dear Robert,

that result sheet you just sent seems to be equal to the one from assignment 1. Same comments and always the exact same grade.
Is that correct?

Kindly
Philipp
