 Dear Sir/Madam,

The dynamic managers energize organizational growth in changing business environment. Different researchers argued that training program is salient to update the knowledge for betterment in the days to come. Today, managers must be able to identify and convert the emerging challenges into opportunities for individual as well as organizational development. Consequently, the managers are required to enhance periodically their repertoire of managerial skills and competencies to meet this demanding situation.

Considering this fact, Management Association of Nepal (MAN) and Shrica Excellence Ensemble, India have organized the training program jointly on ‘Enhancing Managerial Competencies for Tomorrow Organizations’. This program is designed for middle and senior level managers/executives/administrators will help in enabling the participants acquire skills necessary for developing a healthy organizational culture which facilitates the accomplishment of organizational goals as well as promotion of psychological well-being of the employees. The program is scheduled on 4th of December 2013 to 6th of December, 2013 (Mangsir 19-21, 2070) in Hotel Marshyangdi, Thamel Kathmandu. Course contents are well designed to meet the current requirement. Facilitators for this training program are renowned trainers in the respective area of study and one of the facilitators is international trainer from India.
