Management Association of Nepal (MAN) has been bringing out overall Management Development Scenario every year since 1979. MAN’s main theme is to contribute in the development of management and flourish managerial culture in Nepal. In this voyage, MAN has critically examined the management practices of public sector, academic, private sector and non-government sector. Through this research MAN is presenting the management drive, its gaps, and suggesting for management improvement in Nepal. Such research in management development is considered to be more pertinent as it could contribute in building New Nepal through effective management culture. Considering this dearth, MAN has decided to carry out Management Development Scenario -2013 through its Member colleagues. We believe that there are a substantial number of highly qualified persons within the member network of MAN who have sufficient knowledge and experience in research to effectively and competently perform the activities. We encourage highly qualified and experienced member/s to submit the proposal on or before 1st September 2013 (Bhadra 16, 2070). You are kindly requested to submit the proposal jointly or individual efforts. An honorarium will be granted to the writer/s. We expect your proposal by email or sealed envelope to the below stated address.
