SORT_IT (Structured Operational Research and Training IniTiative) Operational Research course to be held in Mangaluru, India

(Closing date for applications is 05^th September 2018)

Dear all,

This is a call for applications for the FOR NATIONAL SORT IT OPERATIONAL RESEARCH COURSE-2019 to be held in Mangaluru, India. This is a very practical and output oriented course which will be open to candidates from India only working in national health programmes, collaborating partners, academic institutions and NGOs. A total of 12 candidates will be selected and given a scholarship including travel, accommodation and living expenses. Details are given in the attached course brief.

Please note: Along with the application, you have to submit a concept note outlining the research question and background (mandatory), a letter of commitment from the applicant (mandatory), from your supervisor (mandatory) and mentor (if applicable). The templates for these letters and the course brief are available in this link: Course_Brief_and_Letter_Templates. Once you click this link, a zip folder will be downloaded containing all the necessary documents and templates. Please use these templates for drafting the letters. This link is also available if you click on the link for the application form given below. Your application will be rejected without the letters of commitments in the prescribed format.
