SAMS is helping India Health Action Trust recruit a Program Support Officer based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Reporting to the Director Health- Systems, the Program Support Officer shall provide vital assistance and develop routine project updates through narratives and PowerPoint by critically analyzing available data and information, develop and manage key project timelines and ensure necessary follow-ups to ensure delivery within the timelines. S/he will be a key link between the Director, the teams and partners. Under the Director’s supervision, s/he will manage and improve coordination between various partners and support units.

S/he will also facilitate effective communication between the Director and the program implementation team/s. S/he shall be expected to assess existing project processes and methodologies, identify gaps and contribute in developing improved project strategies.

Applicants must be a graduate from a top-tier institute with minimum three years of experience of working directly with Senior Management.
