SAMS is helping IPE Global Limited recruit State Consultants – FPLMIS, based at Raipur, Chhattisgarh and Guwahati, North East and District Technical Consultants based at Jharkhand and Punjab.
IPE Global is leading implementation of the USAID-VRIDDHI project in the states of Assam, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Jharkhand, Odisha and Uttarakhand, and has also established a national team for providing technical assistance to Government of India on health system strengthening and innovations in RMNCH+A, for the purpose.
This is an excellent opportunity for outstanding public health professionals to support a high impact project adopting the holistic, continuum of care approach for improving family planning, maternal and child health indicators in the country.

State Consultants – FPLMIS (6 Vacancies):
SAMS has been retained by IPE Global for deployment and management of Technical Consultants for supporting implementation of Family Planning- Logistics Management Information System (FPLMIS) software at the district level, in the states of the country. The Technical Consultants shall work under the guidance of Family Planning (FP) Division of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GoI as well as the project’s national team. S/he shall also work under the supervision of the Regional Coordinator and support the roll out and implementation of FPLMIS in their respective states.
Applicants must have graduate in any stream with a PG Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ Health Administration or equivalent with minimum three years of experience in managing drug logistics and supply chain systems for public health programmes, at the state level.
District Technical Consultants (5 Vacancies):
SAMS has been retained by IPE Global for deployment and management of Technical Consultants for supporting implementation of Aspirational Districts Program (ADP) in the states of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Punjab and Uttarakhand. The District Technical Consultants shall work under the supervision of the State Technical Advisor and support the roll out and implementation of the ADP in their respective districts.
Applicants must have graduate in any stream with a PG Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ Health Administration or equivalent with minimum three years of experience of managing and implementing public health programmes at the district level.
