Exact Simulation on computer

I'm trying to debug a problem on our machine (cobra) but I'm finding that coming up with code taking it over to my friends place (where our machine lives) trying it and then having to come back home fix it and try again almost impossible . 

Is there a way to simulate the game on my home computer for testing ?

There's a Visual Pinball version of Cobra; perhaps you can build a simulator using the MPF Bridge.
