Bug: 54.0 dev5 - video playback speed setting crashes MC

54.0 dev5 - video playback speed setting crashes MC on startup. No useful error message given. Example works in iMC slide tester but crashes in mpf. Works with speed setting commented out.

Not sure if float is allowed. Maybe only integers work here? Is there an error in mc log or mpf log?

No errors at all. Took an hour to narrow down the cause of the crash.
