Start by checking if those values are correct for your coils.

So what value size coils are you using, and what Era of williams flipper mechs do you have? I'm dealing with an issue of weak coils, and realized the coils are series rather than parallel wound. Your best case scenario is just order a nice strong matching set of new coils from pinball life, or marco specialties and replace both.
Here's a good list:
Fl1-11753 yellow - short flippers close shots
FL1-11722 green - close shots, and close drops
FL1 - 11630 red - standard common coil
FL1 - 15411 orange - long playfields and long shots
FL1 - 11629 blue- long shots, and mid to high ramps
I'm using the glues since I have long shots, and ramps, and can turn down coils.

Those coilsnshould definitely have enough power unless they are the series wound instead of parallel wound. If they are the FL-23-606/39-2600 or equivalent blues then take them out, and order a set of the actual 11629s
