help with 0.80 on Mac.

New user would really appreciate some help please!!

1. I've downloaded mpf-0.80.0.dev1_cpython-3.12.3_darwin_arm64 for my silicone MacBook.

2. I can run this in terminal as per screenshot with any of the -X commands

3. Problems is when I try with the 'mc' or 'both' for media controller, it doesn't work?

Am I running this correctly? I can understand teh YAML and the rest of the tutorial, I just can't get started on running the media controller, thank you!

Just mc not -mc to just load media contoller, then see what error may be. For both at same time it qill be both -x for virtual mode

Sorry, you're right - I did both mc and -mc in that screenshot. Here is a screenshot below using just mc. Thank you for your time!

MPF 0.80 is the new version that drops support for the legacy MC and uses Godot instead. You can find the documentation at https://missionpinball.org/latest/gmc/ or if you'd prefer to explore the old MC (nobody does), you can revert to 0.57 instead. MPF 0.57 and 0.80 have feature parity, but the general direction of the project is away from MC due to its limitations and hassle.
